Remarks

This class is represented separately from a DistanceOverTime instance with Mile and Hour constituents, because of the issues converting indirectly between Mile and MileNautical units.

The conversion factors for this unit are primarily intended to allow direct conversion between knots and miles per hour. Strictly speaking, they are not totally accurate converting to other units. See the discussion on MileNautical for more information.
