Parameters

format  String
The String specifying the format to use, or a null reference to use the default format defined for the type of the IFormattable implementation.
exponent  MetricExponent
The MetricExponent to use to create a String representation.
formatProvider  IFormatProvider
The IFormatProvider to use to format the value, or a null reference to obtain the numeric format information from the current locale setting of the operating system.

Return Value

String
A String containing the value of the current instance in the specified format, raised or lowered, if possible, to the metric exponent specified by exponent.

Remarks

The default format is the numeric format string g, in which he number is converted to the most compact of either fixed-point or scientific notation, depending on the type of the number and whether a precision specifier is present.
