Parameters

value Double: The value of the Area to use.
unit Unit: The Unit to use.
exponent MetricExponent (Optional): If applicable to unit, the MetricExponent that value is assumed to be already.

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
IncompatibleUnitException	Thrown if Area is not the type that the Unit applies to.
ArgumentNullException	Thrown if unit is null.

The following example creates a Area of 100 km²:
